A traditional address
Le Bistrot de Justin was named after chef Aurélien Vidal's farming grandfather, who set up the restaurant with his wife Odette some 70 years ago.
Not only is it a nod to the history of Maison Vidal, but also to the family values on which the cuisine is founded. At Le Bistrot de Justin, the emphasis is on local, seasonal produce, served up in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Fully refurbished in 2023, the establishment has been given a new lease of life in terms of conviviality and comfort, while still retaining a counter reminiscent of the bar of yesteryear.
